Lifespan talks about the science of aging and how “Aging is a disease, and that disease is treatable.” Lots of discussion about intermittent fasting, diet, dietary supplements, and exercise.
He explains how aging is based on the fact that all living things have DNA that starts to lose its structure due to various internal and external factors and if we can figure out how to repair or prevent the DNA from deteriorating, then we could theoretically live forever.

I just started this book, but so far, it is really interesting. My wife recommended it, as she has been doing breath coaching for several months now and swears by it. We both have been on a pretty serious health and wellness kick this year and she has been seeing tons of improvements in her health. I think we could all do a little more breathing.
