I love the whole concept of information products and designing them is equally as fun. It has also been an awesome way to get to network with some of the top info product marketers in the industry, which has opened up a lot of really interesting opportunities.

Tomorrow, August 25 is the official launch of Article Traffic Pro, a new article marketing course from my buddy, John Oszajca.

I am really excited to see this product launch because I really think the people who take this course are going to be blown away by how effective John’s system is. Website and ecover product packaging design for Ready… Aim… Income! a series of online internet marketing training courses and info products developed by my good friend John Oszajca. These courses are shaping up to be a pretty exciting new product, not to mention a really valuable resource for anyone looking for a solid, honest internet marketing course.
It was a great opportunity to just let myself go and see what my brain could come up with, as well as my first foray into designing specifically for online marketing and info products. I had a lot of fun and there is definitely more to come!

Here is a sample of a real estate website and slideshow video, promoting a $3,000,000 luxury home in Stagecoach Colorado. The home was for sale by owner, who was having a hard time drawing attention to the property. Instead of relying solely on the real estate agent to find a buyer, the client contracted me to promote the home more directly.
Using various internet and direct marketing strategies, including design, copywriting, social networking, blogging, article submission and a video tour, we were able to target affluent buyers, local businesses and competing realtors.
This experiement goes to prove that internet marketing isn’t just about selling ebooks and training courses. You can apply the same mechanics to sell pretty much anything as long as you have a proper strategy and the ROI is worth the effort.
Overall it was an exciting opportunity and an introduction to promoting real estate online. It was a lot of fun and I look forward to doing more projects like this in the future.
